6 Week Private 1:1 sessions in person (Bermuda) or via Skype

During this 6 week program I will support you in downsizing your belongings across your entire home. We will walk through, purge, organize one room per week. You will identify what you value and learn to purge systematically keeping only that which is useful and meaningful to you and aligns with your values.

During this program you will attack: various rooms of the house, personal items, wardrobe, schedule, kids rooms and so much more.

You will learn my secrets to maintain as we tap into the Minimalist Mindset.

Follow up exercises + tasks will be given that will assist and support the transformation.

*This is a partnership, I will be available to you via text, phone, & email outside of our sessions for support throughout the program. Skype walkthroughs for tips and tricks for organization is one of my favorite things to do!

Minimalist Health Coaching Only

Your Investment:

Private Health Coaching

6 Week Private 1:1 in person (Bermuda) or via Skype

This 6 week program will support you in applying Minimalist principles to your food and fitness. Learn to simplify your foods, how to prepare in a way that supports healthy eating and snacking, eat local where possible and identifying the source of negative food relationships in order to overcome them. Each time we get together we will prepare a healthy meal or snack together, virtually or in person.

During this program you will attack: food associations and mindset, stocking your kitchen the Minimalist way, fitness approach, grocery shopping and Minimalist meal preparation and scheduling. Together we will set healthy food scheduling for meals and snacks for you and/or your family.

Full support will be given to assist and support you through the process. This may show up in the form of grocery shopping trips in person or via Facetime, mantras & affirmations throughout the day for support, food scheduling together, recipe sharing and more.

This is a partnership, I will be available to you via phone, text, email outside of our sessions for support throughout the program.

Minimalist + Health Combined

Your Investment:

Minimalist + Health Combined Coaching

Weekly Private 1:1 in person (Bermuda) or via Skype

This 6 week program will support you in purging your belongings, applying Minimalist principles to your home, food and fitness.

You will combine the best of both the Minimalist Lifestyle Coaching and Minimalist Health Coaching. Together we will work through physical "stuff", mindset, food, health and wellness.

Full support will be given to assist and support you through the process. This is truly a transformation of you and I will partner with you every step of the way to support you through the goals set for yourself.

I will be available to you via text and email for physical and emotional support. This can be a truly emotional but also rewarding experience as you design for yourself a life of abundance. o
