Did you know you can apply Minimalism to just about ANYTHING in your life? That Minimalism is about so much more than just purging and getting rid of excess? It is about simplification and living intentionally. It is about spending time doing what you enjoy. It is about identifying what it is you enjoy.

In our 1:1 sessions we will discover Minimalism and use it to press pause and refresh. We will take time to downsize and declutter Mind, Body + Space. We will work towards clarity to design and fulfill the life you desire. Doing what you enjoy + expanding from where you are to where you desire to be.

At the end of this program, it is my hope that you will feel empowered, organized, in control, fulfilled and passionate about your life. You will learn skills to continue and maintain the lifestyle after the program is complete. It is mu hope that you will feel lighter and more present and find abundance in simplification.

*This is a partnership, I will be available to you via text, phone, & email outside of our sessions for support throughout the program. Skype walkthroughs for tips and tricks for organization is one of my favorite things to do!

Minimalism + Health

Private 1:1 Minimalist Health + Wellness

6 Week (minimum) weekly 1:1 sessions in person (Bermuda) or via Skype

If you have wellness goals that you are trying to achieve but struggling to get there, it's probably because they are too complicated. With minimalism, simplicity is always the key.

Through this program we will set objectives for health and wellness and use a simplified approach to achieve them. You will learn to simplify your foods, prepare and schedule meals in a way that supports healthy eating and snacking, eat local where possible and identify any source of negative food relationships in order to overcome them. This will be the start to a lifestyle change!

Together we will set healthy food scheduling for meals and snacks for you and your family. We will come up with a plan to best support your health and wellness goals.

Full support will be given to assist and support you through the process. This may show up in the form of grocery shopping trips in person or via Facetime, mantras & affirmations throughout the day for support, food scheduling together, recipe sharing and more should you need it.

At the end of this program you will have all that you need to continue this healthy lifestyle. I will leave you with all the tips and skills to promote healthy eating and your wellness goals.
